FAQ- Service


It is important to carefully read the Owners Manual if any issues occur. DO NOT open the motor unit as this will void the warranty. If  you  have an operational problem,  carefully go through the steps outlined in the trouble shooting section of  this manual.  If you are still having a problem, we advise you to call your closest service dealer.

Q: My service center is over XXX miles away. How am I supposed to get there for service?
A: Softub® hot tubs are light, simple to drain, and the most portable hot tubs in the world. If you need to move the tub, it can simply be drained and placed in the back of a pick-up truck for travel. If the problem area is in the connecting motor pack, you may ship the pack to an authorized Softub® service center for service. The service center will diagnose the problem and repair it and ship it back to you.
